Will Smith had a string of massive successes early in his career. While Wild Wild West (1999) wasn't his best, it was definitely still fun and entertaining to see Will Smith in a comedy western. A lot of the movie was filmed on soundstages in LA and other parts of the American Southwest but some of it was filmed in Monument Valley. I visited this breathtaking region in July 2019 and I am dying to get back someday.
